i mounted mine on the underside of the hood. then ran the line thru the bumper/brush guard and onto my roof rack. i just used crazy glue to hold the badge holder under the hood. if you go the paper clip route to make a hook, USE GLOVES!!! when i was bending mine i put it right into my thumb. LOL, the irony of that was, i had to use the pliers i was bending with to remove it from my thumb.

the nice thing about these winches is they are cheap and functional.

they do come in handy. staples and/or office max has them. BUT, they are over priced. the staples by me has them for around 9 bucks. i ended buying one off ebay. ya can get them for a buck or so.

i used one similar to this...

http://cgi.ebay.com/Retractable-Reel...item4cf9531086

though, be sure the seller is from the US. otherwise ya end up waiting like 6 weeks for a 2 dollar item.

haha! Well, we have a good will, I may go there. I have seen some there when I was helping out some people , and never thought to grab em.

I could probably get them free.

I want to get some new tires like boggers or something to put on them.

The regular tires of mine are glued on like crazy!

the previous guy had put losi weights in the front tires and reglued them with some extreme glue. And the rears are just rediculous hard to get off.

I tried getting them off, but they start tearing.

Walmart has those retractable id badge things in 4 packs for around $4-5 bucks in the office/school supply section. I work in high security ports and nuclear plants, etc and have to always buy them. Never have stuffed one in a crawler, but I might sooner or later. There seems to be ample space on the Trekker if a xmember was put in. I think you should cut down that rollbar, it's too dang tall fo sho! Oh, and beg your parents for $20 so you can get some damn meats to mount on those HR's! I like the way mine look alot.

Ya, I have to agree with you...it sits too tall.

I kinda got my hands tied with this new Fatdog series tuber...a series k9popo makes. So I have to get a new RoosTer ESC and a traxxas 3 channel reciever. So ya. This will be put on the side for just a bit.

I got the RoosTer on the way right now. But still need that traxxas reciever. I have a guy on here that is wanting to give me one for 5 bucks.

So it should not be long till I get back to the Yota. I really want the bedsides but I just dont have the skill. And my dad has got his hands tied with fixing his 1:1. So cant get much help from him...right now.
