Instead of just ripping off the high roll bar, I drove it around and tried to flip it over. And I did alot, and after like 10 roll overs the silly thing came off. It is now in pieces. Here it is chillin with the new member of the RC family. Also the slash. Tore the fire extinguisher off the roll bar and stuck in the back as a scale accessory. I did some bad painting on it. lol. First time painting a little model, belive it or not. Took the bed side to paint and did a little plan of the bobbing. The black is where I will cut it off the rear. The red shows where I will cut, then glue the black cut off there. These lines are not in the right location. Just brainstormin. What cha think? Last edited by Hydro-Tank; 08-20-2011 at 12:23 AM. |

I really like this rig. Makes me want to get another and do a scaler. Though, I know nothing about doing the bedsides. I'll be watching this one. Subscribed. And did ya formerly introduce us to the newest member of your rc family? |

good work so far, Im no expert on bed bobing ( never tried) but it looks like if you move both cut lines closer to the wheel well it will make it easier to "blend" the part you cut off back onto the bed. pay attention to the bottom edge and how it angles if you cut out the middle part. EDIT. BTW you have a link to a build thread for the tuber behind the micro? it looks pretty mean |

It is a rare Fatdog series tuber. The only one in the world like it. It has rc4wd dig 55t motor futaba servo dig servo 2.2 Panther tires 2.2 TSL super swampers(ones pictured) RoosTer ESC Traxxas 3 channel reciever. Aluminum...alot of aluminum axle upgrades. Quote:
Fatdog tuber(Update: RoosTer ESC arived!) Ya, I noticed that. Like it angles upward. So if I cut off the rear, then cut again, the angle more than likely will not match up. | ||

The bottom edges wont line up,but once there joined up , just sand them till they;re lined up. There not that much difference in it,just some off the rear of the wheel arch.

The time has come! All done by me! Just went head first! My dad supplied me with the tools. All I got to do now is glue the bedsides on. Thank you Vipxj, used your sanding advice. Dont worry, the insides will be painted black. |

Finally got the HR wheels on. Doing the bobbed bed made me feel I could do alot more with this thing. Haha!!1 Here they are. Hope to get some Boggers on this thing some time. I was very sad that I have to lose my wheel weights. I have no idea on how to get them off. Any ideas? They look great! I mounted the front grill as well. |
