Do you have a body in mind for this? Or motor?

Still not sure on body. I have several that are ready to drop on to a stock trekker but they are all too short for this.

The top of the tray rubs the inside but not so much that it restricts movement

The 2 blue pieces attached to the bottom of the aluminum tray act as a spacer for the leafs mounts as well as the mount for the servo. I mean anything could be rigged up to work without the aluminum tray but this is how I wanted it. Usually people build leaf chassis for scale realism not articulation. |

Also it adds more weight to the front. Another thing I noticed is since you did not use the little relocation brackets for the leafs on the front to bring them up it should give a nice rake on the chassis with the rear being slightly higher. Looks good man.

No sorry I don't. I usually run into people with buggies and bashers but not crawlers.
