Default Glue for chassis parts?

Maybe not the greatest place for this, but seemed better than scale tech...

Looking for a way to glue on some of the stock Sumo axle parts. Anyone know what kind of plastic is used for these? ABS? (seems too simple for a cheapo toy from china) Nylon with a smidge of unobtanium thrown in?

Looking for a strong enough bond to handle say, the forces of lower link duties.

Any plastics gurus got any good advise for me?
