Yes, but is not adjustable on the fly. I have an fxr in mine because I already had it.

When I have some free cash I really need to upgrade the servo. I have rovers and CI foams on the way, and a pre order in on a brood anarchy!

I did not like the way the shocks sat. I made some delrin spacers and outboarded them. I'm going to try the mini-t pink springs. The blues it came with are way too stiff. It is climbing one degree shy of my berg on my incline board! I'll hit the rocks with it Sunday.

Nice MRC, makes me wanna pick up a pro on clearance, but i sold my MRC..... they are cute lil buggers, but i like my tires to be very large, 1.9 tires are just too small.

Looking good Dickyt. I like the topper. I will be curious to see what you think of how this thing drives on the rocks.

I had it at a local comp spot today and pulled some lines that really surprised me. It needs a little tweaking, and more power, but is really fun to drive.

I got mine going Saturday and have had a ball with it. I took it today to the local rock spot and couldn't believe how well it did out there. Thanks for the build thread, I've enjoyed it.

I definitely need more power though -- that Venom 370 motor binds out very easily. I have a Tacon 2040 3400kV brushless motor for it but I'm waiting on a speed control.

Default Project Facelift!

We have started comping the lil guys down here finally. I managed to fry my motor and electronics the day before last Sunday's comp while making sure it all still ran right

I was not happy with it anyway. It needed work that required money that I have been directing towards my son. I talked with my wife and she agreed I have spent NO hobby money in months and have barely crawled. She misses me getting out of her hair on the weekends so I got a budget to do a few things.

First order of business was to give it some caster so it will turn on an incline, easy free mod!

The rest is waiting on big brown and small red white and blue trucks.

It is funny how the smallest adjustments to these little guys can make huge differences. I took mine out at a comp last weekend and had a blast with it. The previous comps I kept breaking stuff so it was nice to come home with no repairs in order.

Rockhard(Paul) had a course setup that was down in a bowl. The driver could not leave the rock at the bottom and the judge and or spotter had to coach the driver in certain situations. I flipped mine over and had to have a spotter coach me out backwards as I was unable to even see my truck. It was a lot of fun. As you guys are just starting comping the little guys remember that these things get airborne pretty good when setting up courses. We have had courses with a ton of air time factored in and it sure is a fun way to change things up from the 2.2's.

Small changes always affect things and the change is nice. I still need to get used to no dig...

While waiting for trucks with parts to show I made a new rear mount. I want the option to mount under or over on the rear, and the one provided with the chassis did not give that.

Got a hair more steering out of it by grinding the knuckles a bit:

And the obligatory flex shot:

Hurry up delivery trucks!

I took the excess material out of the rear mount today. It is so light my scale does not register it. It is not the prettiest, but I am not the best at working with CF and a dremel.... It should be nicely functional though!
