| Help with CC BEC to servo
Okay So I converted to lipo and fried my stock servo. I now have a replacement and have bought a CC BEC and a Y harness. Do I only need to remove the red wire from the BEC Side? Is that the only wire to remove? Can't find any good diagrams of wiring just a Servo with a BEC using a Y harness.

So I need to run Just the Signal (red wire) from the Servo to the rx and The power and ground (Yellow and Brown) from the BEC?

C'mon guys I know most of you run a BEC! Do you run through the ESC or Direct to the SERVO?

So I got everything connected the way that Hillbilly posted the drawing of. Won't work for me. I can plug in 2 known good servos and nothing. One will get the signal when u plug it in but then it won't turn. The other Nothing either way.

Ok Here is an overview of the whole setup BEC to one end of the Y harness Male end of the Y harness with just the Center Signal wire attached and Servo connected to the other end of the Y harness Last edited by 99xjlove; 04-28-2012 at 04:31 PM. Reason: pictures |

It looks like you don't have the signal (orange wire) connected into your esc. The orange wire should be plugged into the esc and only the orange one and what wire is out at the first connector of the y harness? The only wire that should be removed from the bec is the orange wire Sent from my DROIDX using Tapatalk 2 |

I removed the Middle wire. So the colors are red-middle, brown -Left, and Orange-right? I thought orange was yellow and Thought the middle wire was the signal? Now I know why I don't do wiring

best thing i've found!- Holmes Hobbies / Holmes Bikes :: Servos accessory/ Voltage regs :: RX Bypass Adapter no need to unplug the wire from your esc to the rx either! simply plug the servo and BEC to the plug, and plug the adapter in your servo channel on rx and you're off crawling! |
