That's actually a pretty good chassis. It's a GC-3 for the mrc. Get rid of the shock riser thingy's and the long ass shocks. You can replace that with regular MRC shocks and it should work pretty good. That chassis wasn't made for those shocks, and I don't get why he would want to put those on there, they're way to long.

That's kinda the problem. I can find lower links on ebay but I've never seen anything about upper links

No no no, not the links, the shocks and the pieces of metal they're attached to that are bolted to the chassis. I circled the pieces of metal in red.

These:

Then replace the shocks with something like these:

Hot Racing silver alum. threaded shocks for Losi MRC (2 each) # MRC36801

My bad. Read that wrong. My real issue outside of the shocks is the fwd upper links. With the rear I a get a few inches articulation but like maybe half an inch with the fwd. the upper links knock into the servo plate

Like I said, the shocks are to big for that car and that might be affecting your articulation. It might also be the lower links since they're bent lowers and they might be hitting the uppers and binding. Try switching out the lower front and rears. The bent links would be best in the rear with the bend closest to the axle. As it sits right now the bend is closest to the chassis. Try the lower links first and if that doesn't at least help a little then I have no idea what to do next.
