Thanks for sharing the file. Hoping to print one out this weekend. Great job. Any other 3d printed stuff that you have done for the scx so far?

I started modeling the whole truck to try and come up with a cms setup, did some sliders, etc. but nothing too fancy yet.

Talking Re: SCX24 “Bomber”

Been working on an Oshkosh MATV MRAP body for it, but I’ve gotten distracted from that with a 1/16 MATV static model to rc conversion.

I just got done putting mine together. It went fairly easy but I did notice the holes for the shocks are to large and I ended up changing shock location. Any plans to put the newest version on thingaverse.

The uploaded version is the last one I worked up. I was running aftermarket shocks, so I believe that was why the holes were larger diameter than the stock shock screws. Would love to see pics of yours once it’s all assembled.

I extended the cage to fit stock wheelbase and give a little more room for electronics.

Thanks for sharing this!!!

printed one to go with the JLU I got the kiddo for Christmas.

everything came out pretty well, but the lower chassis had alot of fleshing / extra on the 45* left and right. the Screw holes for the lower links are non existent.

can you post a photo of the lower part and how you put the screws into the links?

I'll post up some progress photos once he opens it and we start getting extra parts.

Thanks! - Buckshot

Just printed one for my daughters C10 and its awesome! All the screw holes turned out to be the perfect size!

What did you use for the spare tire carrier on the back?

That is ingenious. I was staring at mod19's super low cg battery tray, now i got to check side panel clearances!

I don't have (or have a place for) a 3d Printer. If anyone wants to sell and ship one, I know I would buy one.

Sadly my shop is already packed with my other hobbies and for something I know I'd rarely use and don't have much interest in learning, it would just be a another dust collector.... That said, I came up with another plan.
