I'm planning on being there but it depends on the weather for me, if it's a major ice storm this Storm won't be out in it. Just checked the weather for Sunday it looks good for travel. Last edited by Stormin2u; 12-30-2010 at 07:14 AM. |

Yo I am new to the area but not to crawling and I run mainly scalers and was wondering if anyone knows when the next few for 2011 are. I am only 14 so I cant make it to all of the events, but would like to know when the next scaler trail run would be. |

Welcome Dale!!! We don't do much Winter crawling, or scale runs, but come Spring, they'll be a full schedule of scale and crawling events. Watch for the schedule to be posted for the 2011 season, probably within the next month. |

Here's my take on things.. Series -Sportsman Class = I like it but attendence speaks for itself. -Series Points -Actual points or Placement points = Placement points. Hands down. -Track shafty vs MOA = Im fine with this but meh -2 series format = One long year could be fun to try -# of comps for year = One per day is good. Comps -Course time limits =Pro1 run national time. Pro2 run local time.? I'm pro1 -Number of courses = I'd like 2 or more if I could -Finals courses = Sweeeeet Club Rulings -Min # of trucks to make it an official comp = 3? 2011 Schedule = Whatever works best for Duluth guys. -Dates = See above -Duluth comps = Do more -Scaler events = No opinion -Tough truck challenge "Last call for any new topics!" I vote for average/hot chicks to hold umbrella's if/when the weather/ club dues permits. And no shafties in the Pro class because they are "different." |

I believe the mini monster truck/pullers race starts at 1pm tomorrow so the Crawler meeting would be at noon. It is at the Mermaid in Moundsview. 35w & County 10 around the back side of the hotel. Finally finished replacing my mini truck diffs tonight with Losi adjustable ball diff since the other one stripped. The manual says you can replace it in minutes...so after 100 minutes it is now finished. Sure are a sh*tload of screws. See yah tomorrow.

As far as which room, it will be whichever room the pulling will be. I don't know off hand which room Ken is using this week. There are 2 ball rooms we use. One is in the front of the building and the other is in the rear. Look for a black Ford pickup (Ken's truck). He usually parks against the curb right in front of the doors to the ball room we are using. | ||
