Jeff and I kicked this idea around yesterday. Looking at his creek we could have a blast with these little cheapys.

$40. Just ordered one to play around with.

I found it on Buy.com. It was $10 more though. Might check eBay too. I have found a handful of upgraded jet drives too Some guys are running the stock jet with a 380 VXL too. All kinds of options.

Yeah...a little bit.
Took it out last night with kids, everyone got to drive for about 10min total.
Took the awesome 4-5 hour wall charger to work, and tried to run at lunch, ran great for 5min then it commenced to pouring down on me.
Came home to this and thought, should I??
Once it gets mod'd up abit, I won't think twice about doing that fast water! Can't wait!

These things are a blast.. creak running is awesome.. Stock electronics motor everything sucks.. Switch it out to brushless and 3S and your good to go.. We were running them up 1' water falls last year..

The little water cooled outrunners are sweet in them for instant torque and creak running..

If its hardcore creak running you might want to pick up a spare or two.. We split out a couple boat hulls jumping rocks..
