The motor is a prototype of the revolver s 540. It's a lower pole count, but otherwise identical to the production versions.

Oh yea, by production, I meant prototype.

The motor is awesome.

Sensored? It looks like there's a small plug on the motor.

Yes, Sensored. Check the link I posted before, has some details. The motor on the website has a slighty higher kv count than what I have. I think mine is around 2000 and the website one is around 3000.

Default Szczerba's Tow Rig

Rig has been handed over to it's new owner, Eddie. He'll put his finishing touches on it.

Was a fun 9 month build. Shout out to all the vendors that helped make parts.

Where you been? It's been on it for a while.

I would rather not say. Eddie had alot of time and money invested in the latter stages of the build as well. That being said, Eddie and I came to an agreement/barter that fit us both. Plus, I cannot talk prices, as I am not a vendor (and don't claim to be) and this isn't the classifieds.

Been spending a ton of time on my 1:1, so haven't been on here much.

I enjoyed watching this rig come together, I wanted to go to PA for the scale event to see it in person, I just wasn't able to pull it off.

I'd love to see this rig mount a plow on the front and push some snow, but I realize that where it's located, that probable won't happen!

It made an appearance at the ECSC. Eddie is down in East Texas, and yeah, snow is limited down there most of the year.

That was one impressive build Shane.

Now I look forward to seeing Eddie drift it and skip across a pond on 12S.

We met up Sunday morning down in Texas and he sent me a text Sunday evening saying he already broke it. Just a front headlight wire but that was my fault for not laying out those wires better. I'll be seeing it next month at Crawlapalooza.

:-D
LOL! Not likely. This beast is massive and weighs over 32 pounds now. However, I've already been contemplating what is possible with a smaller cab, and aluminum axle housings for the three rear axles, brushless steering servos, & a few more cells :-D

Outstanding work as always Shane. There is a reason so many Szczerba Built rigs reside in the Crawler Innovations garage. Function over form and built to be enjoyed are the bench mark of a Szczerba Built rig. Thank you for allowing me to collaborate on this build Shane. It was fun getting other top vendors involved. The body and paint work by JWalker design is second to none. Same goes for the bed skin by FreqEskinz. This rig is far from finished. I haven't decided whether to start a new thread or continue on with this one yet. In the mean time, here's a picture of it doing work:
