Dude! This is fantastic! Any shot of some video once you get the mixer figured out?

I don't want to carry around another radio, or buy one for that matter just for this. I can get this to work on a pistol grip its just taking a bit of work.

Thanks! I need to get the book.

I and my local hobby shop are pretty sure a V-tail mixer will work as well.

I wil try to do that today.

Is that a mixer? I talked to a local hobby shop and they said they can get me a V-tail mixer for about 20.00. Them and I are pretty sure a V-tail mixer will do the job, but I am still trying to figure out mixing on the radio without it.

After the test drive last week I had one of the cogs stop spinning, I took it apart and found that the gear box was fine. But the previous owner of this (7 years ago) stripped the hex area in the cog and tried to fix it with rubber glue. So I pulled it apart drilled a whole through the shaft and hex and put a pin through it, notched the cog adapter for the pin and slapped it back together. Seems pretty solid now. Took me a couple hours to get it done, but it should be plenty strong. Hopefully I don't have to do this to the other side as it was kind of a PITA.

I will try to get some more photos of this soon!
yes I think so but not sure you will have to read up on it ,I think that on this one when you turn it reverses one track and when you go forward they both work,it does not stop one track and turn the other.i the tank on trade it's a m1a1 tank with working tarret and dual 12v batteries .

Well I tried for hours to figure out the mixing on the 4PL and it just isn't possible. It falls one mix short for this application. So I ordered a V-tail mixer from my local hobby shop, that should be hear sometime next week.

I shot some size comparison shots earlier this week so some guys can get an idea of the scale of this.

Standard Nalgene bottles.

Standard 2 liter bottle.

And a soda can.

I painted this one as well. This is just a when I first started I will try to get some more photos of it this weekend.

I think the stock motors are more like 27t and don't lack any torque. If anything I want this to go faster.

Are they? I apparently have no idea what you guys are talking about, because I haven't seen anything.

It hasn't changed in a while. It's sitting in my garage with no esc's right now. I need to find a couple cheap esc to get it going again. And the guy with a hat is a target exclusive figure they disco'd a while ago. I still have a couple though...
