Got the new rims for the truck

3d printed 1.9 replica Alcoa truck rims.
I got 10 of the suckers so I can run duals still.

Doesnt come up to bad when they are painted Aluminium.

Now to get 10 tyres and maybe some smaller hex extenders than the 25mm ones I have

Looking good!

The Bullhead cab may be a good choice, it's bigger and will fit your wrecker body pretty good.

Like your build, the towtruck looks great. I am building a 6x6 SCX10/bullhead build also. What is the distance between your 2nd and 3rd axle. Mine is just 55mm and got some trouble with shaftsizes and to much travel between the two axles..

By the way, that deadbolt looks a bit to big for the truck. I was thinking about a flatbed with a Midnight Piumpkin lowrider on the back, but even that looks way to big. No i orderd a 1/12 Harley Davidson.

Vintage look .

its actually moved away from a towtruck style rig to more of a prime mover style.
it has a new shorter one piece chassis and shorter WB

the cab will be lowered more than this

with any luck it will end up looking like this beast

Would you be so kind as to measure the width of the cab at the droors? I'm trying to find out if my 6x6 would still qualify as Class 2 rig if it had a bullhead body on it.

Nice looking bull. Love the wheel and tire combination. Makes me a little jealous lol. Wish I could find that wheel style in a 2.2.

God is love

I had the wheels printed from shapeways. Might be able to get it printed in a 2.2
