| Diagnose connection issues AX-3+stock receiver w/BRXL ESC
Ok so I made a few upgrades to the Wraith, and I have a new BRXL ESC and Crawlmaster Pro 16t. I've made sure that my radio is connected to my receiver, and my receiver light stays solid red after I turn on my AX-3, so it's recognizing there's a signal, right? Well my servo doesn't turn, I have no throttle through the BRXL ESC, and I'm not sure how to diagnose this.

Did you calibrate the ESC to the radio?

I tried following 1. Hold full forward throttle on transmitter 2. Plug in battery to ESC 3. Green light indication, chimes confirm full throttle after a few seconds 4. Fast beeping and Red light will indicate next step 5. Hold full reverse throttle a few seconds until chimes, no lights, and fast beeping indicate next step 6. Give neutral throttle for a few seconds until chimes. Adjust neutral trim in small increments if chimes do not occur. Wait a few seconds at each new trim position. 7. Regular arming sequence begins. Wait a few seconds for ESC to chime, beep battery cell count if programmed for lipo cutoff, then chime again. And it sounds like 3- Full forward or reverse will not program. Ensure end point adjustments are at 100% or more. Some digital radios may need 120% setting of EPAs. Ensure throttle channel is not reversed on radio. but my transmitter isn't transmitting anything it seems like... I have the brown and black leads furthest from the transsmitter wire, so I don't think it's a polarity issue. |

Make sure the connectors are inserted into the receiver in the correct orientation and try your calibration exercise again. Signal is the lightest colored wire. Also make sure your trims are set to neutral on the Tx. |

I guess the calibration exercise might not work properly with a brand new lipo battery, probably have to charge it first :P. I was able to get signal and beeps though, so I thought it would work. I'll try charging it and report back if the calibration exercise works or not.

Having good charge on battery is needed, if voltage is too low you'll get nothing as far as throttle or steering, but it would have to really low to get no steering.
