Yea im already the high bidder. I just dont want to wait 3 more days. I have to sell some more stuff. Mark got in 2 dx3s radios with 2 receivers. I think they're charging $219 for them. Gary (marks dad) said there were people from sandusky that were coming down tonight to check out the course. I stuck around to talk to them but i had to split to pick up the boy from school. I hope they showed.

[QUOTE=theholybull;2340349]I hope it will fit in the wedge Its longer than stock by 9mm I hope i can mirror the tranny and make it fit. I would make sure that you can mirror the tranny. In my "home built" I was originally planning on doing this, but it wouldn't clear my side plates so I re-drilled the skid to fit with the motor to the rear. The good thing about that is you only have to drill one hole because the other 2 will still line up. |

After some measurements i think it may fit if i mirror the tranny and push it all the way to the front and off set it so the pinion gear and the slipper nut straddle the chassis. Im also going to stretch the WB a bit while im at it. This setup should fit in a wider chassis with no problems. | |

Stopped in over at sluggers today, DX3S is $225 INCLUDING tax. Hes got them priced at $209. I opened the box and there are 2 receivers in there. I told them if i could co on a payment plan id take one and that scaler wanted the other one. Went over to Johns hobby today and he is closed till the 15th so no styrene there and my motor shipped the 5th so It should be here tomorrow. Im pretty sure that i will win the ESC so hopefully ill be brushless next week. I was looking through my tower catalog and saw that the thunderbird series of brushless escs had reverse. I think that the thunderbird 9 may be a good option as well. I think you need the castle link to get it to work. Electric fly also has a motor close to what i bought. I think we may be able to have a good set up for less than $60. Im half tempted to get a few of each print up some holy bull stickers put them bastards on the motor and ESC and see if i cant sell them for $75 . |

| It's more like a contingency plan. I always know I can go back to brushed. Not completely sold on the idea, but I've wasted $25 on worse before.
