ok guys, we need some qualified judges to lend a hand this year.

We will be offering 50% off your total if you volunteer to judge. Please pm me if you are interested, we will go over the list and hand pick the judges based on experience in judging.

In your pm include your past judging experience.

Based on the number and quality of volunteers we may not be able to pick everyone that is interested.

The 50% off will be payable at or after the completion of event/duties. (you will have to pay full price up front, reimbursed at the event.)

If you where worried about attending due to money, this is your chance, hit me up with a pm. We will have a complete schedule for the judges once we have a firm commitment and number in place.

thanks!

What kind of rough schedule/plan for the judges are you thinking right now CJ? Are you planning to run them as teams or are you planning to run them for a specified time and then give them a chance to run their courses?

This might influence some potential volunteers....

I think the club wants to lean more towards "shifts". Each judge would work for a set time period then thats it for the day. Idea is to not overwork anyone and allow them to see all that Motorama has to offer. It would take you two full days to take it all in.

I'll let CJ go into more detail about it, but I can tell you that things will depend on how many good applicants we get. It makes for a very long day running 2.2, 1.9 and Super all in one day, so we will do our best to break it up the best way possible to ensure that the judging is as fair and consistent as possible, yet give the judges plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the event.

Yeah. We're running the preliminary round for each class on Saturday, then the 2.2 Semi-finals, and 2.2, 1.9, and Super Finals on Sunday.

I would be up for judging again. Just would like to do it in shifts. Not the 8 hour Marathon like last year. Count me in.

John,

can you modify the registration list to show what classes each driver is participating in?

Just one sponsor so far?

Jim,
It is difficult to maintain that due to the way the info is sent to me. I can put a total number of each class.

I will be contacting all the vendors again to get them on board. Most wait until after the holidays.

Thanks
