Just curious, what do you guys use to keep your hands warm? Gloves don't cut it...thats the only thing holding me back from trailing with you guys this winter.

I have gloves but I also have a fleece transmitter bag that is nice. Most guys just have gloves. When you get walking you warm up quite a bit.

I had gloves. Hands froze. Warmed up later, but the first hour was mighty chilly! My warm gloves don't fit my radio trigger. On the search for a happy medium. electricrc68 you are more than welcome anytime. We are not walking constantly, there are plenty of opportunities to pause and warm up with hand warmers, etc. We seem to be taking it much easier here in the winter months. |

I use wet suit material type gloves and either cut off the throttle finger or split the seam on the finger to allow my finger to go in the throttle and the finger tip of the glove goes around the trigger.

Thanks all me and Chris had a blast. Y'all have to come to our farm sometime and we can wheel the the back 40 archers of woods. Have mud, rocks, trails and all kinds of fun. Let us know.

Nice little run at St. Peters this past Sunday. Was warm enough so that the hiking kept you plenty warm (and your hands weren't numb) and the snow was packed enough on the trails that the 1.9's could get around. (and my non-waterproof-in-any-way Jeep didn't get mired in the snow and burn anything up ) Nice to meet some new guys (and gals) too! There was a very nice 6x6 build in progress with us (middle below) though my close up pics of it were blurry...Not having as much traction issues as the rest of us Last edited by OSRC; 02-05-2014 at 10:13 AM. |

Wish I would have known. Next time post it up on EPARCC or on RCC. I did not see anything on the CTRC facebook page. Thanks, John |
