I got everything put together today i love the new chassis and wheels. Im gonna get some paint in the next couple of days for the panels. Sorry for the cell phone pics. Im gonna have to pick up a new scale to get a more exact weight but i know its gotten much lighter. I may have to work on some new upper links but im gonna try these for now. I cant wait for it for the snow to melt and the arrival of my 4pk Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2 |

Looks great so far! I like all these nicer Bully builds going on. I think in the past, people have just seen them as an easy and cheap way to get into the hobby and then then dont do much with them. I think this is the start of the "competitive Bully and we are just beginning to find out how well they can really work. Now if I can just find some Bully parts for my build...... |

The front delrin tubes are also from D-Lux? If so, did you go with the stock width or the extra wide? Never mind the scale , get a proper camera so we can have a better look at that bad boy! I'd really like to have more hi tech bully builds... More people means more market, more market means more items from more vendors. Everybody wins. At the same time it's about time for RC4WD to release new bully axles! I'm also going to make some big changes to mine for this new year |

| Hall Style Bully!!!
The front tubes are the standard bully size from Dlux fab along with the wheels and servo mount and the lower links and chassis. The rear tubes are from Kraqa. I have drilled out my gears and inside the cases for extra weight loss. The shocks are 3.5 inches eye to eye big bores. The tires are shaved sedonas in front and the rear are shaved rovers. The width of the front tires from outside to outside of the tire is 10 1/8th inches and the rear is 10 inches. I'm going to get some more vp hubs probably the 850's since in the front i'm using the 475's with a 1/4 inch spacer and in the rear in running the 725's with a 1/8 inch spacer on either side.

I just noticed that youre running the aluminum screws in the uppers. Make sure you run the stainless there. You can put the AL ones in the lowers though. You shaved the inside of the gear box? |

Ok thanks I will switch them out ya I don't know anyone with tools to mill the outside of the cases down and I know someone with a drill press so I used that and drilled the thick part of the cases so the outside didn't look like Swiss cheese.

Ok so I switched the screws out and decided I would hook up my electronics to my dx6i and couldn't get my servo to work I hooked up other servos to the same setup and they worked fine. All it did was buzz and one time it moved back and fourth on its own the stopped and it shut down my esc's also so I'm not really sure what's wrong. I've only used this servo a couple of times but it was bought from a member and after calling hitec and getting a new gear it worked good for a little while then it seemed to have barely any power then this happened today. So ill call hitec and see what they say and ill be looking for a replacement/backup in the mean time.

Are you able to get full use of your steering being that narrow? I run my wheels at 11" with about 20 degrees of clocking and still touch the links.

I got my 4pk yesterday and set it up with my bully and the servo still wasn't working right so now i am definitely looking for a new servo just not sure what one I want to go with. I also have a question about the 4pk and if I can run 3cell lipos with the r603fs without frying it.

If you don't mind spending money for a good servo I would recommend the futaba BLS157hv servo. I use it in my xr and it is awesome. Great torque and is stupid fast. |

How do you have the servo mount on top of the axle tube? It looks like it is at an angle. |

So I moved my upper links inside the chassis and man what a difference. The suspension travel is much smoother. I've also mocked up some new front uppers and lowers cause my lowers were hitting the the case. Now I have to order some titanium rod links to bend up in place of the threaded rod I used for the links and one for the steering link. I also sent out my servo to hitec this week to get serviced since it wasn't working correctly.

taking some measurements to get some berg size axle shafts made and the derlin front tubes berg width from dluxfab. I also finally got my 7954sh back from hitec and they put a new motor in it haven't had the time to test it out yet though.
