Default pin drive wheels ?

How can i get my pin style drive wheels to work on my trailfinder 2. I tried but they are binding up as i tighten the wheel nuts. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Are your wheels actually touching/rubbing the axle housing? Sounds like they probably are. What wheels are they? If the pin recess is too deep on the wheels, this may happen. check the depth of the recess and make sure nothing is missing.

I have the pin style rc4wd 1 7 which don't use a hex and they bolted right up.

rc3wd has a bad reputation for making the depth of the pin slots too deep, sp that when you tighten up the wheel nut the wheel will bottom out against the knuckle or lock out. I've had this happen on every set of pin drive wheels that I've owned. I've always had to use a lathe and reduce the face that has the pin slot in it in order to make the wheels function correctly.

Worst case, you can get adapters to make the pin wheels into 12mm hexes.

Thanks for the help. Grinding them worked perfect. Only 2 out of the 4 needed grinding though.
