I dont work for RCP, or have any interest in these parts, but...that really pisses me off.

Ever hear of production/supplly/packaging delays?
Other things take precident sometimes.

OR
you could get off YOUR fanny and source a company to make some that you design, buy a vendor star and sell them. But wait.. you cant even support the site...

Thanks GSTEALER, well said. That guy (drwhatever) obviouly doesnt have a clue or understand what it takes to get these parts from concept to delivery, the R&D, manufacturing process, testing process and so on and so forth.
Trust me, if they were instock they would be on the website, lots of people are waiting for these parts, patiently I might add
Hang in there guys, there coming!

honestly let rcp take aslong as they need before releasing these, that just means the will be a better/stronger product when they do release them! I would love to have these products in my hands right now, but A good product takes a long time to make, I can gerantee these products have been designs and built time and time again intil the think they are perfect wnough to release!!

We were told just yesterday that the AX10 black anodized C's and knuckles are in transit. Shouldn't be too much longer.

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for your patience.

easy tiger. ALL of the guys at RCP are as honest as the day is long, and none of them are "lame". you have zero idea what it takes to put out a product. would you rather they rushed and offered an inferior product?

and as far as being at the expo goes, that would be a completely legitimate excuse. on sunday, we started at 8:00am and were not finished until 9:00 that night.

I didn't call them lame, don't put words in my mouth, just recognizing they're not updating the public. If a release date comes and goes and no updates are given, I consider that lame. How hard is it to post up saying "sorry for the delay, new release date is expected to be..."? They've done that now, but ~2 weeks after the fact. You're right, I don't have a clue what it takes to put out a product as do most on this site, and of course I'm not saying rush anything, that's ridiculous, I'm just recognizing that they're not very good at communicating. I've also experienced this personally with them via email/PM. After 2 weeks with no response to multiple PM's/email, I purchased parts from a different vendor who was VERY on top of communication.

see above, most of us don't have a clue what's involved to put out a product, that's not what it's about, it's about communication or lack there of

again, see above, you guys are getting all worked up and this is simply a complaint about lack of updates/communication on the part of RCP, nothing more

it's called patience. the amount of pm's/email that RCP gets daily is mind boggling. did you try calling the toll free number? probably not. it's easier to complain here, right?

Dude, dont be a... Im glad you found what you needed at the "OTHER VENDOR" maybe that vendor doesnt have much to do and can anwser his 3 emails and tend to his 4 products. Now, how about you drop your rant and take it to someone who just might give a spit... Stop doing here over "lack of communication"... you wont win. RCP cares very much so about their customers and is working harder everyday to accomodate the needs and wants of their customers. RCP takes pride on their customer service, that I assure you.
