HWY 88 EAST OR WEST TO BLUE LAKES RD. STAY ON BLUE LAKES RD FOR 11 - 12 MILES KEEP RIGHT TOWARDS LOWER BLUE LAKE AT FORK FOR MEADOW AND TWIN LAKES .... DO NOT TURN LEFT.... ROAD WILL DEAD END AT LOWER BLUE LAKES CAMP GROUND. THIS IS ALSO VERY NEAR THE TRAIL HEAD FOR DEER VALLEY OHV TRAIL. 1:1 RIGS CAN WHEEL FROM HWY 88 TO HWY 4 ON A CLASS 5 - 6 ....
