how did you wire them together? Cut and splice? or is there some sort of connector to make things easier?

that would work. Looks like even if its wired wrong you can cut it where the heat shrink is and swap them. thanks for the link!

I bared my wires with a exacto knife. And put the same color wires together and a little solder after I made sure I had the connection right. Then a little electrical tape. I'll take a pic for you later Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk |

If you are capable of cutting the splice thing just cut and splice your own wires for free ? At the cost of some solder or even electrical tape Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk |

Of course cutting and splicing is easy and free. But i feel that if i can get a $4 splice connector so i dont have to hack into the servo wires and connectors then its worth it. Incase i want to use the servo for future builds.

So i finally got around to doing the 4 wheel steering last night. It is very easy but there is one thing to note. The Y connector wont work, it will make the car crab instead of turn. You either need to get a reversing Y splitter or you have to do a little soldering inside the servo. Its pretty simple to solder the servo in reverse. It has to be done though to achieve steering instead crabbing.

Or you could have saved money and time and soldered the two servos together Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk |

| Re: rs10 vs everest 10 Yes, that would work too but you still have to internally reverse the rear servo which is no big deal. I just wanted to leave the servo pigtail intact.

I'll show you a pic of mine I literally just put the pigtails together no servo reversing or anything Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk |

Interesting. I was under the impression that the truck would crab instead of turn if you just hooked 2 together. I reversed mine and it turns like it should. Unless i messed up, which is entirely possible.

What is different about the ES10 and the RS10 beside four wheel steering? ES says waterproof and RS doesn't

rolltideram do you mean besides one being a shaft drive driven vehicle with one motor and the other one is a motor on axle with 2 motors? |

| Re: rs10 vs everest 10 Well, the main difference is that the RS10 is MOA (motor-on-axle), with a separate motor on each axle, while the E10 is a shafty (shaft-driven from a single center transmission). The E10, and pretty much any other shafty scale/crawler, can be upgraded to 4WS, which makes the type of drivetrain (MOA vs shaft) the main difference.

Those are the answers I was looking for. I did not notice looking at pics about the RS having two motors. Sorry the new guy dumb question.
