so someone educate me on this.

it is for the fun of it and if it is used in comp,it will be for more points towards winning.and like others said wow 90 degrees articulation?

i bet it turns over very fast.that is too much.
and education is for someone who wants to learn, just like

The barn will never be finished, but I built up my Trail Finder 2 in it. Makes me want to add some more stuff to the shop.

After a year with an unfinished wall, the boys finally had enough and had me hang the rest of the siding.

Made the workbench look a bit used

Am I back to work on this thing? Perhaps...

Your grinder should be flipped over, but I'll let it slide this time since this is a damn sweet building.

guess I'll be the n00b here, how exactly did you make the siding with tin foil? What am I missing?

and to the poster above who asked why... I dont know why people are into comp rigs. I bought my 1st crawler, and it could crawl over anything, after 20 minutes I decided that was boring and no challenge at all.

Good to see you back on this. lack of attention to one's garage can lead to other problems... unhappy giraffs & what not. Hopefully the FJ40 is in there because it's been moved off the back burner too.

I just so happen to have a video of how I did it. To each his own, but I like scale rigs more. More of a challenge and more interesting.

Building up that Trail Finder in here really sparked my interest again. Not to mention all of your scale buildings. The FJ40 has been sitting in there so long it's starting to collect junk. I have 3 scratch built trucks in the same condition as that.

Ok, so I was doing some brain thinkings yesterday and I got an idea. It happens sometimes, I can't help it.

But seriously that is some sick sick stuff right there. Scale happiness! I am continually amazed and inspired.
