Well it's time for a chassis rebuild, took a tumble down my 7ft wall in my course the other day. it broke the lower corner of my chassis off where the lower rear link mounts up. So i bought a turbo tech super chassis off of TURBOFEST in the for sell section, (thanks turbofest, really nice chassis). I will be posting step by step of my rebuild soon.

Got the rear links done, made them out of 5/16" cutting board and using traxxas rod ends.

Front and rear upper links done. Got me a set of traxxas revo shocks for this setup because of the length and my son has a set of these on his slingshot chassis ax10 and these shocks are smooth as hell and don't leak a bit. Had to do the traxxas rod end mod to make clearance for the cap in the lower shock mounts.

Got all the electronics in and servos are wired straight to the BEC. Just need to get one of my old XR10 bodies mounted up, seen another guy running xr10 body on his super and looked pretty cool.

Well done so far, you will like the Turbotech Chassis. It is a solid winning platform.

Got my old XR10 body all mounted up and went for a teat drive, man this thing works awesome. the TURBOTECH chassis and the traxxas revo shocks work perfect together, it has just the right amount of flex. When i get a chance i'll get some action shots.

How well does the twin 645mg servos work? Do they give enough grunt to turn the wheels with some force on them?

there not to bad but they still don't compare to a hitec 7950, i'd say they work about as good as a single 225 to 250 oz servo.

I think I'm going to get one of these exceeds and run a servo from hobby king that is rated at 300oz and about .13sec I will run dual front and rear on them, they cost about $36 a peice. I have a 7950 for both my pro and sporty and it is awsome, but it's also $115, so I want to see if this route will do it!

Don't think you can get them any more, keep looking classifieds. RC4WD also has 1 like it here: Frankenstein Super Bully Chassis System w/links
