Default Landrover Defender with cold axles

Hi All, I am pleased to share my truck here.

This is a hi-lift version of the defender with the cold axles installed. The current setting provides plenty of travel for the suspension but the drawback is that the CG is too high. I am waiting for the wheels that provide better traction and wheelbase.

Crushed any cars lately, lol. It looks good but lower the COG and sacrifice some articulation, it will perform much better.

Lay your shocks out like this / \ , instead of this \ / .
That will lengthen your w.b., & also lower your G.C. & C.O.G.... (you'll still have to lower your body though)

Btw:
Nice looking body! 8-)

Finally, a Land Rover clod! Looks good but you need to lower it for a better center of gravity and relocate your battery, possibly to the front axle, to further lower the COG.

Play with the links and the shock angles. Its a great start and your axles are killer. Just lower that baby.
