Just about done.
It will sit lower than in some of the pics.
The highest one is like 6.75" but it'll be more like 5.75~6".

Looks great, but one question. In some of the pics the brazing looks to be brass, or is it just the lighting?

Looks good Jason. Do you plan on running Metal side panels or Lexan panels.

Thanks.
I'll be using the metal ones. They will get a black metalic PC on em.
Just needing the stickers for when the PC is done.

I was going to use orange panels but the black is a better backing for graphics or paint.

Aside from waiting to see how great it turns out, I have a somewhat of an on the side question. You use the Harris Safety Silv, and Stay Silv flux which seems to be real popular and easy to access in the states. I spent all day trying to source it North of the border with no luck. I found that Bernzomatic makes a metal solder that comes in 1/16, but I'm not to sure that it will do the job. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure if they ship out of state but you can get your Harris safty silv and flux from Ram welding supplies on line. I also buy the silv and flux off ebay when I see a deal. I just purchased 5 troy ounces for $55 shipped not to long ago. and $4 for some flux for when I run out.

Here is a link to ram welding supplies.
Search Silv.
http://www.ramweldingsupply.com/

Then look for harris safety silv 56% brazing filler and Stay-silv silver solder paste flux.

let me know if you need anything else. Always glad to help out.

I also heard of other manufacturers that have similar products abroad but can't think of their names. sorry.

Thanks for the heads up, but having to deal with the whole border issue starts to add $$$$$ quickly. I'm going to take the specs I have to a shop in town and see what they can set me up with. Atleast you got me pointed in the right direction....Thanks....

Well I talked with a local welding shop and he recomended a Silver Alloy Brazing kit with 45% silv content. I had told him about the Harris product, and what I would be using it for. This kit is what he said would work just as well. Will the 11% Silver content make that much difference? I've already started to bend the cage, but don't want to waste any money on the wrong solder......

No the extra 11% just helps it braze better or smoother I should say. I've used the harris safty silv 45% a bunch of times and it sounds like you have the same type of stuff.

Well I'm happy and pist at the same time.

Happy I got my tuber back from PC, but pist that it didn't have green on it. I'll have to find out on Monday cause I picked it up after they had closed:-(

So it's chrome and black instead of green and black. Still looks dead sexy though.
I'll get pics as soon as I can find one of my cameras.... and it works?
