Why are you making it so narrow? The design looks awesome though, Good Job.

Well took a few minutes to start bending the tube. Unfortunatly it was a bit late and I was tired and shouldn't have started on something new because I make it about .75" shorter than I wanted. Of course there are no rules saying I have to stay with the exact measurements so I won't waste the brake line. Now I just need to get some more silv and complete it. I have the cock pit and some other parts cut and ready to mount. |

Is that the MAP gas you use to build your tubers? Is it still the torch tip? I was wondering if that would work to braze with, but I hadn't tried it yet. How long do you have to hold that on the joints before the solder starts to flow?

It works great to braze with. been using it for over a year now and about 30+ bottles of gas. I'd say about 5-10 seconds to start letting the silv flow. but depends on the metal and the joint. Check out the video in the tools and procedure section.

That's hot. The narrow design will work well for you, it'll just glide over the rocks, very hard to get stuck. |

But you can use any size of brake line technecly. I've used up to 1/4" brake line and have even mixed 1/4" 3/16" and 1/8".
