It's sitting right at 18" I may lower the ride height so it may end up at about 18.5".

There will, is a crap load of JP products on this mutha.. Need to save up for some of his awsom motors. The crawl max that is in my AX-10 is owe so sweet. I must say Im not surprised there aren't more people running his new motors they are ultra smooth. I like mine.

green and black - they go together well for some reason.

That is impressive, very nice work.

Love the chassis design (narrowest is best ), but I don't think the wideners are doing you any favours. Since the wheels are narrowed and the links are angled away from the tyres, there shouldn't be any fouling. Are you planning on lowering it?

Yep planning on lowering it and I agree it is a bit to wide for my liking (but it'll have to stay that way for now) and is what the "tweeking" refured to. I also want to limit the travel some cause I get about 90* I'd like it more around 70*.

I have shorter shocks that will get put on tomorrow if I can get time away from customers stuff.

I'll prably switch the tires areound front to back and back to front. I only narrow one set to see if I like em. You can see the differnce in the front shot of the tire differences.

holy links
id say lower the chassis about an inch so the bottom of the chassis is even with the top of the axle cases.
what wideners/adaptors you runnin?
ive been pondering BTA my 1/4 scales for awhile now. nice execution.
what about a 17.5" WB?

Adding the traxxas rod ends to the shocks helped lift it about a 1/4 inch or so.

I have some 80 mm shocks I'll use or test on it if I find the time.
I want the top links to be parallel to the ground. Still studing the link physics, but that is not my strongest area so it's taking me a while, so I can execute some Ideas I have.

A better pic of the BTA and a diagram for my 1/4 scale servo mounts.

I finished these last weekend and they have next to no play in em.

allready fixed the link problem from this pic.

I'm running CPE's 12 to 14" I should of asked how wide they were before I purchased them but they work well with the full size rims that are on the back axles.

Great job so far on the super goat!!!!! Where did you find the liberty body? The reason I'm asking is because my daughter has one (1:1) and I'm building a crawler for her (she doesn't know it) and like to use this body for the build.

Thanks Double J!!!!

I'd sell the liberty but it's a wee bit small. 7.5" WB 5" wide and 11" long.

If it was a 1/10 size I'd of allready used it for a build or at least planed on it.

Very clean setup on those 1/4 servo mounts. Any chance I could get you to make a few more? I've got some on the way and I am running BTA.

Id scrap the shocks and run it as droop, shorten your WB to about 17" and ditch the wideners!!..I think that set up would make it even more capable then it already looks!!!..You have enough shock mounting options and the chassis is long enough to stand droop shocks straight up!!..IMO!!..Or maybe when i win mines from your "What the heck" give away then ill set mines up like that
