That dig is awesome! I don't have a use for it yet since there are no "formal" comps around here (yet); but when the time comes, I'll be in touch... Awesome job!

I have got to see a write-up on how to do this. I might have to go out and get me a cheap TQ3 setup now so I can have front dig. That is AWESOME!

Let me know if you get a good how-to done on this. This WILL BE my next mod to my TLT.

I've always preferred scale rigs over comp style rigs. But after seeing this I'm shopping around for a comp style. This thing looks great and it looks like a blast to drive. Good job!!

I did this mod today and seriously, it was waay easier to do than I thought. Building everything only took me about 45 minutes. I'll get some pics of it up tonight.

Nice mod and nice video. I would like to try this on my next project so I agree that we need a nice write-up. Can anyone tell me the name of the band whose music was in the video, I thought they were pretty good too.

I'm dying to do this...do you have a parts list of what you used? I need to start gathering the parts up so that when the time comes that I have instructions, I can go at it with full force.

Default My dig setup

Ok, so here's some pics of my dig setup. Sorry for the blurry pics.

In this picture you can see the hs-55 mounted and connected to the driveshaft.

In this picture you can see the driveshaft connected and the truck in 4-wheel drive.

In this final picture you can see the driveshaft disconnected and the brake applied.

The 1st song on the video is MIRV, a San Francisco band, from their CD "Feeding time on monkey island." Awesome disc. The song is Chupacabras.

Miniwheeler- we should try to do a buildup article featuring your dig setup- it's hot!

Ryan
