Thanks. I'm going to try and get some better pics now that its lighter. The other pics made the body look really dark.

Once I get the adapterplate, I'm going to get some blackfoot stub axles. It definatly needs to be wider. I'll probably get the whole little setup MSD has with the spacer and everything. For now I'm going to shave off some of the cup on the stock ones for better steering.

Well....If you can't afford a motor plate, MAKE ONE! That's exactly what I did. Works great! I got my BL installed and waiting on this 8cell 2000mah pack to charge! I also took a better pic of the body mounted now that theres more light.

Way to go CJ!

1,000,001 uses for the stock TLT chassis!

Gear it low, if it coggs on start up, try a 6 cell.

AND TRIM THOSE BODY POST!

Coggs? Stutter or stall? I did notice some, but I think the batt is dead because I even held it up and it wouldn't spin. Right now I have the batt on a .5amp charge. I wasn't sure if it had been used before, so I still have another 2 hours before I can test it. I'll trim the body posts right now. I got time.

Got the wedge in finally. I observed how Joe made his on the current rig hes building and his Shadow. I hope its worth it because I lost .75" in the length of the wheel base. You can see it raised that shaft up quite a bit, though. Also I'm currently working on making the basksides of the wheels beadlocks, too. If you look in previous pics, you'll see that I only did one side.

You should turn those knuckles around and get those low points away. Nothing but tire for the rocks in the rear. I think I'm going to have to go check out if I have any angle alum in the garage and make one up myself.

Good idea! I was wondering if those were going to be a problem. I'll take care of that tomarrow when I get home from school.

There a $50.00 fee for anyone using "my" aluminum angle wedge design!

As for the WB loss, get some longer wire!

CJ, you need to bend your a little more.

And I hope 2 mounting point is enough!

I can't go any longer on the wires or else I wont be able to mount the body. It's still at a 11.75" wheel base. I think it should do fine.

So far the 2 mounting points has been enough. Even after falling off the couch onto a hardwood floor about 10 times hasn't hurt it. Guess we'll find out once it hits the rocks!

You would need clocked axle Cs to do so. If/when they come out, I'll put one up there too.

Unless it was a really really small wedge, it would mess up your steering.
