Nice pics.

IMO this is the new competition chassis to have. If I didn't already have a Gimbal 2G I would own one of these.

I made some "GC1 Style" mods to my 2G, and I had a 4th place finish at Buford Dam Buster 3. By far my best 2.2 finish ever (Witnessing Austin's total destruction the entire Axial field also helped my 2.2 knowledge)

I agree.

I had the privilege of driving Gatekeepers truck at Buford Dam this past weekend. This setup is amazing.

I'll defiantly have one soon! But for the rest of the season I'm giving Austin a highlift with an open rear diff to drive.

That is a nice chassis. I had the honor of checking it out in person at the Axial comp. And it looks like a good setup. My only concern was that the motor stuck out the left side of the chassis. Does this affect torque twist? To me it seems like having the weight of the motor on the left side would enhance the torque twist. Plus wouldn't the motor get caught up in a narrow crevasse where you go in on your side? I may be wrong on this, but they were just some thoughts that I had concerns about.

This truck has the least torque twist of any shaft driven truck I've ever seen. It's all in the 4-link design. Any 2.2 with a pede trans will have the motor sticking out to some degree.

I will have to give that link set up some thought...why does it work better than the other (normal) way around?

Ah, cool. That's very interesting. How wide is the chassis itself (not including the transmission)?
