I talked to my CF supplier today. I was told that they are not ready to ship the entire order. I told them it was urgent so they are shipping what they have. I should be caught up on orders up to 4/1/12 as of Fri, maybe even Thurs. All orders after that have a chance of shipping Saturday but more likely early next week.[/QUOTE]

That's good to hear I can't wait to get mine. Another great addition to the best wheels out there. Nice work Erik keep the goodies coming.

I would think the biggest advantage would be that you don't have to glue them

Chaotic Crawlers gave me a great idea for those who want to run a touch of weight in their wheels. Its basically a hub spacer with threaded holes into it so you can mount my knuckle weight rings to it. This works out great for seeing how much weight you like to run on the knuckle and how much you like to run on the wheels. You can literally run them right next to each other and swap a bit from the knuckle to the wheel or vice versa.

I am offering these in a brass version or if you dont need as much weight but you need the money more, LOL, I have a delrin version.

.9 oz for the brass

.2 oz for the Delrin

I forgot to mention that this idea works for 2.2 AND 1.9. Additionally, I can make 1.9 brass faces.

I got tracking info and the CF will be here Thursday for the people who ordered before the 1st. I will start cutting and have most or all done later that night. I will keep the rest of you updated when I know more.

The carbon is the way to go. I feel its tougher than the delrin and its obviously lighter.

I am running a MUCH thinner version than what I am sending out and they have held up great. I took 3 nasty tumbles, like 30 feet down, cartwheeling, probably the hardest I have ever taken. On the first roll it broke a couple of the hub screws off at the head . I kept running it that way as I was a bit away from my car. After the 2nd and 3rd tumble it did crack a couple where I was running only 2 hub screws (not even opposite of each other). I put the other 4 hub screws in the wheel and have been running the wheels even with a crack in them with zero issues. Again, this is with much thinner material but it goes to show how strong this stuff is.

As with the Delrin, I need to emphasize the importance of running 6 hub screws.

I got the CF today and got to work. All pieces are cut they just need to be cleaned up before shipping. I should have ALL orders out tomorrow and may even have a couple left over

Thanks again for every bodies understanding while I get all this together. I have to be the most impatient person in the world so I know what its like to want my stuff NOW. Should be smooth sailing from here out.

All shipped!

HOPEFULLY I CAN SAY THIS ONE LAST TIME AND IT GETS THROUGH TO EVERYBODY. YOU NEED TO RUN ALL 6 HUB SCREWS. IF YOU DONT, YOU WILL HAVE ISSUES. I HAVE TRIED TO POST THIS IN MY VENDORS THREAD, IN MY WEB STORE AND ON HERE MULTIPLE TIMES. THIS GOES FOR DELRIN AND CARBON. PLEASE RUN ALL 6 SCREWS!!!!
