Look good. Question for you guys building these sweet wheels. What rpm are you setting your presses to. I'm not getting super clean cuts like Vert is getting. They very usuable but I want that sexy clean look.

I really do not know,i'll look in to it but you might ask Harley or some one in Tools, and Procedures. They can be helpful some times.

Not really. Unless you have a lot of speed, it will grab the fibers. Cf for me is easiest with a router and sharp bits.

You can cut cf with a regular hole saw but the teeth wear out very quick. Low's has some carbide tipped hole saws that are about $30 a piece that will do the job nicely

has anyone thought of using a free floating weight system that would always stay low. i.e. a weighted spacer that floated on a bearing b/w the hub that could be weighted and as the wheel turned it would always be on the lower half of the wheel height. possibly even w/ in a bead lock wheel system even? i suppose that fluid filled tires would do the same thing. just food for thought

Not sure if this has been asked, but does this widen the width?
