Default How can I fix my Pullers? Tire repair kit?

I've got these pullers laying around and would like to know how I can fix them? Thought about a Bike tube repair kit. Or using part of an old bike tube. Let me hear your thoughts.

some ic2000 rubberized ca, butt the tear back together, maybe put some more on the inside if the joint still doesn't feel strong enough.

if you're really concerned about the bead you could cut the sidewall out and replace it with a new one. still need the ic2000 for the tread area and it'll work well for replacing the the sidewall too.

OK thanks. I'm thinking I'll use the tire patch idea on the inside for reenforcement because the one tire is really tore up. Bad thing about it is I have no idea how this happened. Got them in a trade and they were on the truck and seemed fine. Sat for a while and pulled them out to see this on Two tires.
