Default Cutting 2.2s to 1.9

I looked around for a bit but couldn't find anything. I got a set of 2.2 super swampers in a trade but have no rig to run them on. Is there any way to cut them down to 1.9s? Thanks in advance!

Why don't you just trade them for the right size, to save a ton of hassle? Just curious...

Because I'm a broke high schooler lol! I'm just trying to use what I have laying around rather then dropping another 60-80 bucks on a tire and wheel combo. I don't know if that makes sense.

I've done a few sets. Remove 3 pairs of lugs. With practice, it can be seamless.

This is an early set. 2.2 TSL cut down to 1.9
