So if I understand correctly I just need one drill bit, one tap and clocking tool..

Is there a great place to get a high quality tap and bit online that you recommend?
I've been going thru my catalogs at work looking for the taps I like and I'm not seeing anything at a practical price.
MSCdirect is typically really good because they will have what they call "value" tools. These "value" tools usually cost half of name brands and are actually very decent quality.
I'm not seeing these Value tools in this size.
That being said, I like Cleavland, Besley, Balax and OSG taps.
Here is one style that's great for strength, longevity and quality threads.

I normally use this style but it takes some experience to hand tap with these. They could break easy or cut bad threads in the hands of the inexperienced.

Motor oil make a fine cutting oil when your in the garage and I use Nitro or Motor Clean to blast the chips out of the freshly cut holes, it flashes dry quickly.
Drill bits you could buy at the local hardware store, American Standard is fine.
Hope this helps.

Hey man thanks for parts.

This kit only includes one machined end guide, no mounting screws
or anything else?

And on the side its marked "S" but all pictures here it's on the face?
Anything Im missing here?

The clocker is sold as a drill guide only, I do not supply the screws.
The original clocker had only one set of indexing guides, this made it possible to engrave the "S" and "L" on the clocker.
The Ult clocker is not able to support the engraving because it would be the opposite side for one degree index versus the other.
Just double check that your clocking the correct angle for the correct side.

PayPal Sent for a V2 Clocking Fixture. I'm excited to get one of these, I purchased a Link Drill Bushing from you some time ago and have made more than a couple sets of links with it. You have some great products TY.

Cool man

I gotta get all stuff to get these axles going, already a line for tool.
Why would there be an S on the side?
THANKS

The original had an "L" designating it mounts outward on the long side. Respectively the same for the short "S" side.

All recent orders shipped yesterday.

The V2 clocker is discontinued for lack of demand.

JeepinDoug, can you still make the V2, or is that completely done?
