Default Open or locked diff for ultra 4?

I am currently trying to set up a ultra 4 rig. My starting point is a Deadbolt. I was wondering if running a locked diff or open diff on the front was a better set up. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Thanks
Frank

Solid axle locked for sure. IFS rigs can get away with open front, or limited slip by adding thick fluid to the diff.
