This light system is just a cheapie but it does the job well ( GT $20 on fleabay )GT POWER 12 LED RC Car Flashing Head Light Lighting Lamp System Kit 1/10 A1 | eBay
I have had a few other light systems on other rigs mounted on the roof in a scale looking location but they always got damaged and never really put the light where I wanted it.
With this setup the ground in front of each wheel is lit up and the 3 lights inside the cab lights up the trail ahead. I have put a heap of packs thru this rig and all the lights have remained intact.
I started off gearing this baby down , trying a 20t , but have now gone back to a 28t and 3S. The low stance is not the best for crawling so I have found myself using this more of a trail runner with a great 2nd gear to get out of trouble with.
Next job is to move that ugly tangle of wires and the control box from inside the cab to the spot where the front shocks used to be.

I like how the exo hood looks with the front screwed down, but I would suggest cutting it a bit more in the sides, as it looks a bit odd... Also, race cut Exo hood should look very nice :?
