Re: HH Cobalt Puller- reborn
Just got a brick of billet to start work on the next lines of Puller motors! The Puller 500, Puller 540, and Puller Stubby will be filling in the void of the old Cobalt Puller line. I've been plugging away at protos for three years now, had CAD files for two years now, and finally solved some of the issues that were hanging up the final development. It only took a few thousand dollars of mistakes, about a hundred hours of labor, 30 hours of studying and formula crunching, and a shelf full of useless motors. Easy right! I've been keeping it on the down low for a reason, I didn't want to turn this into another sensored outrunner thread!
For manufacturing speed the first few motors will have a delrin face while I tune in the magnet assembly. Now I just have to narrow down the final design between 4 magnet combinations and two layouts each. Only 8 combinations left  They will all work, but the proof is in the testing and not the theory. I know the best two to start with at least.
