hey guys check this out. let me know what you think

it wont let me embed it for some reason so just click the link

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuLbELpR0t4

also forgot, the body isn't mounted yet so some of the twist might be from the body leaning on the frame

well everyone, almost time to hit the trails. maybe this weekend. i finally mounted the body so now i don't have to worry about it falling off and being a nuisance.

heres a few pics of my progress

(body mounts)

(some pics of the battery / fuel cell wiring)

and some more table top posing for you to oogle at

so let me know what you guys think. good or bad let me hear it.

I think you did a bang up job. I like how you where able to hide all the wiring specially the battery in fuel cell idea.

I think the only thing I would do is paint the frame, unless you are going for the rusted up look later. Paint the drive yokes with some flat black, and just touch up paint some areas. Then go scrape all that paint off on the rocks

I like this build a lot. It just has that look that draws you in.

thanks alot man. its good to hear that coming from someone with such a nice rig like yourself. i had planned on getting the frame powder coated but i really dont want to tear it down and ship it out. so i think i may just dust it with some flat black spray paint. i totally overlooked the white drive yokes.

well i went to Kmart and bought me a driver. Felt weird going to Kmart to buy a wrestling action figure. anyways he fits great and besides wearing a suit he doesn't look too bad.

only problem is Mr. Fatso is weighing down the drivers side.

Amazing project, the rig is in a class of it's own.

BTW I like your driver, his twin brother works on my shop crew.
