Devlin this is awesome. When I opened the thread I thought that it was going to be a VW Thing!

But this is just as different & may turn out better

Thanks for the pic, I had thought about that also but wasnt sure what the diameter would come out to and didnt want to cut up a pair to find out.That may just be the ticket.Whos thread is that from?

Luggage/roof rack and rear bumper are done

Rear hoop and tie-ins started.I am trying to keep the square stock theme going.Not sure wht the rest of the tie-ins will end up like...need to think about it some more.

Rack,bumper and upper cross bars are installed




Now I need to figure out the front bumper,rad guard and struts to fire wall.

Your such a BIG TEASE,if I used those I couldnt use the super cool wheels that some guy made me that are on there right now...unless, they could be adapted I have the alum disks already...hint hint

Those other wheels suck, that guy must be a big dummy. LOL

Nice work so far, you always come up with some cool ideas. I always have cool ideas they just never go anywhere beyond ideas it seems.

Well,eyeball engineering tells me it will clear The rig has a 12.75 WB so the angle is not so severe towards the back.If it doesnt,I will either add a adaptor to the output shaft to make it longer or move the trans back a bit.I have room in the interior to do it with out exposing to much trans.

Wow! it's like a mix of King of the Hammers and American Graffiti. It's a nice build I can't wait until it's finished.
