Thanks guys,I have been a bit slow on this one Worked on the rad guard a bit and its supports. The plan is to have the horizontal rods conect into another horizontal coming out of the firewall. A larger piece of tubing will slide over and couple the 2 together creating a invisable body mount/clip |

I saw that flattie mounted in there and was thinking to myself, "What in the world is this going to be?" And then I saw the Deuce roadster and it all made sense! Very cool build, but as much as you may like those wheels, I think these are the way to go: But whatever you go with, I'm sure it'll look great. I would also consider narrowing a set of Rok Lox for the front, but it depends on what kind of rod style you're after (street rod, hot rod, traditional, rat rod, etc.). Keep it up! |

Thanks Tommy, this rig is kind of a spare parts time filler rig.I wont ever comp it and it will get torn down and morphed into something else... trying not to buy new parts just for this build even if those wheels you pictured would look bada$$. Stilll trying to decide on the tire combo, what ever it ends up being...fatties in the back and skinnys up front is the look I am going for. Sliders are next, then knuckle mounted front fenders... |

I wanted to build a flat black rat rod similar to the one you are building, but the cheapest 1/8 static model set was selling for $120.00 on flebay. This is by far the most unique builds I have seen in a while. Keep up the Awsome work |

Not really, sliders are done now. I will try and throw some pics up soon. I did play with my new english wheel the other day in an attemt to make the fenders, lets just say I need some practice or a really good teacher |

This build is so slow I got married before it was finished.... Let's see those sliders! How'd you like the torch? Don't worry I gots the Na Paali coast all taken care of. It's killing me I have a great crawl location 100' from my condo. Oh well guess I'll just go play in the "hills" they're nice and tan |

Back from the dead... As it sits now.I am thinking about opening up the rumble seat and adding some seating back there.Almost looks like a full exo at this point. |
