Hell no, that's stock mounting position. My fox shocks are mounted the same way. It's just the angle that makes it look like its mounted further back. Rebel offroad's bolt on coilover kit moves the shocks back a tiny bit but I still wouldn't call it same as how Moedawi mounted them at first pic.

So no one should be getting any money. Never would a 1:1 mount shocks like that. You'd hit them on every incline!

it was bottomed out while just sitting there i changed it back to normal and also took 2 new pics lol

Yes it's going to ride smoother...your spring rate is about 45% of what it would be mounted on the shock mounts. On my builds, I don't run oil or o rings on the shocks. They are purely sprung. Scale action, scale rebound. Take them out, if you don't like them...put them back in.

Not really, in the poison spider set up the shocks are mounted on the inside the chassis rails and if viewed from the side would be a lot more vertical than yours.

One of the best parts of forum life is blending different skill sets from different members. There are so many talented individuals on here with a wide range of talents. You moedawi have a serious grasp on the photography end. You're in NYC? The concrete jungle?

This may not be a hardcore fabrication build...but as an amateur photographer (and I say that loosely), I can really appreciate your pictures. Now get your ass out of the city and head north and gather some tick bites and killer wheelin shots!

The chassis is pre fabed to fit the body and has 2 mounts by the front 2 doors and 1 by the rear bumper ill post up a pic when I get back
