I'm in awe at how quickly this truck was put together. Fabulous work!

Well, Look at what just pulled up

The bumper is a bit tweaked here from shipping, thats why the rig looks "off",

All said and done, this isn't a truck, this is art I definitely don't plan on running this rig hard, but I know the first scratch will be the hardest. I have some goodies coming that this rig deserves, stay tuned for those.

The FJ is getting an overhaul once again! After I posted it for sale, I just couldn't see myself getting rid of it. I've been thinking about these mods from the beginning, and i'm glad i'm finally doing them. First off, the curries had to go, as nice as they are, they just didn't fit the bill. They were sold, and a set of rc4wd yota's were purchased, along with 4 link mounts and XVD's. Those items havent arrived yet. Along with them, I ordered a set of 1.55 rock stompers, a set of 80mm Rc4WD king shocks, and a set of 1.55 gearhead rc krusher wheels.

Shocks,

Close up of wheels, I opted to use lockedup rc's scale hex hardware instead of the included cap head screws,

Very rough mockup, i'm shooting for the same look/ride height once I get the axles under it,

EDIT- mods, I guess you can move this thread to the 1.55 section now.

Ok, spent a good couple of hours installing everything. Rc4wd yota axles, RC4WD king offroad shocks, 1.55 gearhead krusher wheels, and 1.55 rock stompers. It has since been lowered another 1/4" or so since the pics were taken, will take updated pics tomorrow. Let me know what you think!

If it hasn't already been asked...why are your pictures so small? This thing needs to be shown in high def!

I usually sign my work makes it kind of personal to the new owner.
Good job I didn't do it on this one.

We have had some awesome weather here in KY so I had to get it out today for a run around the garden. I really want to throw some leaf springs under it and work on the rest of the scale details.
