Thanks! I have to get the right size scale bolts for them. I thought I had them already but I can't find them if I do.

Locked up rc scale hardware is sweet! "thumbsup"

The wheels look great. I was planning to do the same thing to a set that I have just to be different. You beat me to the punch! At least I get to see how they look though. I had a set of beadlock rings powdercoated a while back and they were so heavily coated, they looked like they were dipped in tar. Total loss. The coating you had done is definitely the way to go to preserve the detail in the machining. "thumbsup"

Thanks Greg! Sorry I beat you to it. Wait! No I'm not! LOL! That buddy of mine says that stuff goes on almost as thin as water. When I was looking it all over and checking the fit especially how the duals go together, is was just a tad tight but you could still get it to push together. With a light sanding on that spot, it would go together just like it would without the coating. It really is awesome stuff! It is very hard to scratch through it. You can scuff it, but it is very hard to get through. On one of my riffles that I had him do, I actually took a file to on are and still barely got to to the aluminum, and I was trying! He's pretty funny. He was so dang excited to help me out with this project. After he milled the center of the front caps out for the lockers, he polished all the caps to near mirror finishes! When I got them back, he told me not to touch them! I said, no how am I going to put the dang things back together without touching them!? He told me, I don't care how you do it, just don't touch them! LMAO! I really want to polish the inside of all the cuts but he seems to think it would take me forever to try to do that because of how tuff the coating is. He has an idea on what he can do to them as far as polishing for the contrast so I guess I'll wait until I get back again and let him finish them off.

A little update... I drilled out the holes for the "lugs" and retapped them to 3mm and used scale hardware to mount everything up. I like it a lot!

I found an awesome place to take some pics! I also got some pics of my Wraith. They are under my profile in my photo albums. I probably should have done a build thread for it too with everything I've done to it!

I got the rear bumper done! It'll have my reverse lights in it and I even figured out how to light the license plate up! And I got my rear light buckets done.

Light buckets look great. Reminds me of the ones on the yota bodys.

That was actually pretty easy! All I did was flip the pieces that I cut out around and glued them back in. I did have to put pieces on the top and bottom to close them in too. I don't want the light leaking out. When It gets painted, that part will be done too, then I'll line the buckets with chrome vinyl.
