Best quote of the year. And of course you are great at super scale. Looking forward to the rest of the build.

Now that you've gone all yuppie family themed what with the Care Bears and all, might as well go all out and put Lexus badges on it and baby seats inside. Just sayin...

BTW - I hear that water works wonders to increase the flex of those stiff stock boxes. I can send you one that's been sitting outside waiting for recycling day if you want to test it out.

The humor makes up for my lack of talent.

Build is done. Just needs some monster energy stickers and 4 or 5 LED light bars.

I hate children but I do like LX450s. I was talking to imthatguy about that yesterday.

My box went in the recycler last week. Crappy box.

They don't have to be your kids, you can just be banging their hot mom and put a milf in the front.

I think you should scale it down to 1:12 and replace all the panels with ultra thin Lexan... now that would be cool.... and paint it tie-dye... and have a care bear with a helmet and large zipper to man handle this rig.

You're talking about the Blazer body? Those were Tamiya Hilux mirrors.

Time to get this build headed in the right direction! Enter GCM's motor relocation kit.

The world's greatest tiny truck transfer case. There is also a mount for a shift servo if one chooses to go with the 2 speed. I'm keeping mine single and sassy for now.

The only modification required is notching out the chassis ever so slightly to clear the stock spur gear.

And just HOW did you get your hands on this, sir?! I've been waiting and pestering Chris about when it will be available. You get all the good stuff!

Electronics up front next to the servo, I guess, but do you have an idea where you will mount the battery yet? I was thinking that I would put it across the chassis behind the transfer case, similar to the Gelande 2.

I had Uncle Albert steal it while Chris wasn't looking. He tried to get his hands on some axle housings too but got caught.

Possibly or I might make a gas tank to stick it in. I like to leave the bodies mounted as often as possible to make battery changes easier.
