I made a little progress. Between going 1.1 wheeling last weekend and preparing my 2 scalers for tomorrows comp, I havent had any time to work on the Blazer Buggy. This section took awhile but I like the way it turned out.

I started on the outside tube for the shock towers. The shock will sit in between the tubes.

I used stainless for the smaller tube.

Here are a few more pics of the 1.1 chassis.

These pics were taken 1 week before it left for the race. Jason and I work full time jobs from 6-4 and at this time Jason had an infection in his joints. This caused extreme pain in the joints and he could hardly move. If his pride would have let him I would have been helping him in the work truck every morning. Tough dude! All of our friends came over everyday after work to help get it back together for the race.

I realized the chassis was crooked , so I started pulling tube until I could make it straight. Its now straight so I put it back together and started on the front.

now for the bumper

Between working on my class2 and 3 scalers, my 1.1 wheeler and my wifes, kids, job, and the hunny do list, it is so hard to get a bunch of time to work on this. Then I keep haveing to re-do everything. This build is taking forever

The buggy made it into Petersons 4wheel & Offroad

Jason put the 44's from the suburban on to go do a snow run. It looks TTC ready to me.

I started on the bypass shocks today. The body and bypass tubes are SS. The cap is alum. Im shooting for a functional shock. I have alot of cleaning and details to add.
