Right I have got my shell 99% done as far as fabrication is concerned this will be getting shipped on Monday along with the Trans so that Dan can get cracking.

I will then turn my attentions to his Shell which is now going to to be a 45 like this just without doors.
Thats the Look that Dan wants
Lots of work to get this looking nice.

Progress on Dan's Body today.
He's not sure whether he's going to go Class 2 or 3 so to make his life alot easier i started work on the Bed.

Its going to be made in 3 Parts that are interchangeable
So he can have a Long Bed which has been Bobbed

Or a Standard Length

All of the Panels will bolt Together So he could use just the sides the Possibilties are endless.

I also got the Jump on the Tailgate with the Lettering

IF I wanted to piss Neil off yes....

I don't plan to Joey, Just planning for no doors right now. I'll build an interior cage for it definately to help support the roof in a rollover.

Well Off to the Post Office now to get a Box Shipped off to Dan.
Containing a Body and the 2 speed Trans parts so Dan can get busy with the Tube.

Lots of sanding and I'm getting close to something that resembles a Roof.

The inspiration pics Neil is sending look good. Should be some nice lines to this FJ.
For those of you coming to NW Scale Champs I am hoping to have the bodies and hopefully finished tube work on display.
