Not to burst your buble, the BB51 is very nice, but you have to consinder the source of that comment. His rig broke I think 2 or 3 times on that course.

Yeah thats too bad, I feel sorry for that happening. Taking 40 minutes to get through the scale course was awesome!! Maybe next time Smokin_u!! But in the meantime Im just going to laugh about it

On a serious note give me your opinions...

Leave the fenders?
Trim them and increase articulation?
Cut them off, and run bigger tires with more artic?

either leave them or do a slight trim... have you thought about running some 1.9s on it?

Leave the fenders, mount these tires/rims, then see how much articulation you can add.

Yeah I thought about it a lot, exactly the tires and wheels that badger posted above. They would look so killer on there. Only problem is I couldnt believe how much traction I got with those little proline tires, if it wasnt for that I dont think I would have made it anywhere. I doubt the Imex tires can compare, but I am going to try

Are those cut wheels and tires or were they purchased that way?

if ur talking about direct fit with out cutting no you need to take out about a half insh from the tread to shorten the whole and get it to fit a 1.9

I think the diameter will fit a 1.9, I dont see anywhere in sams trailer where the tire was cut to decrease the diameter. Just cut to narrow the width.

EDIT: nevermind, I thought the wheels on the trailer were 1.9's, looks like they are 2.2 Dark Impact wheels from tamiya. DOH
