el wrongo! the bottom circle is wrong. the cut line is on just behind the word "dawg". you will see the star is really close to the dawg and not centered between the dawg and imex. nice try, go back to csi school

Hell yeah Chinogoathumperfrommoab! I would love a set. I tried ordering some from my lhs but nobody has any imex in stock right now :-( Or maybe just bring a set to the next comp and I will try them out. Wouldnt mind making them myself

Thanks vadg! It should perform slightly better next comp too. Now that I know I can actually get it to work I have been tweaking it.

Should have some updated pics soon.

Just chopped some claw dawgs for some 1.9 wheels, also converting the front to a coil setup

Here are the pics of the new coil setup on the front, and my attempt at narrowing claw dawgs

Also moved the steering servo onto the chassis.

Now I need to figure out what im going to do on the rear suspension.

Im also planning on making a new skid plate for it, the delrin one keeps the tranny to high for this short of a wheel base so im going to make one that will drop the tranny about a 1/4" or more yet not set below the frame rails.

Thanks man. I actually put full imex foams in them, the proline foams werent stiff enough but I just dont think they are going to perform at all. Im going to try though! Next might be some narrowed geolanders to fit onto the 1.9's

brandon, you might be surprized at how well they work. i have them on my hilux on blazing blazer wheels with the stock inserts, they work pretty good like that. maybe because it weighs a ton but i like it so far.

Yeah im really looking foward to it. I'm almost done with the rear suspension so im getting close. The tlt shocks and coils are nowhere near as smooth as the losi's I had on there before :-( But its worth a try for the realism.

With your throttle control being like an on/off switch it shouldn't matter..... oh wait, that's butters, sorry, wrong thread.

Finished the front and rear coil setup, along with a very simple way to capture the springs at the frame

Also made a new skid. It allowed me to drop the pede tranny almost flush with the bottom of the chassis. It took some modifying of the tranny case but it keeps my driveshaft angles from being so steep and drops the weight down.

Check out the four finished clawdawgs
